Departure with driver for a visit to the Valle de los Ingenios (valley of the mills), a silent sentinel of a past, characterized by the boom of sugar factories in Trinidad, where the slavery Phenomenon attached to Spanish colonization is present everywhere in its culture and traditions. The ruins of Manacas plantations, sugar mills and old colonial farms are witnesses of this past. The tower was built in 1816, is characterized by an eclectic architecture. Because of the droughts that are common in the province and in the city, from the time of Spanish colonization they started using tinajones, which are nothing but huge balloon-shaped containers and made of earthenware to store rainwater for long periods. For this reason and since these ships can now be found to decorate streets and parks, Camagüey is called the city of tinajones, and there is a legend that says if you drink water tinajón stay in Camagüey or at least come back to it. The camagüeyana poet Aurelia Castillo, remembering the tinajones of her childhood, in her house on Christ Street, wrote her famous poem "El Tinajón".
Departure for Santiago de Cuba. Visit in transit of the city of Bayamo, the second oldest in Cuba, founded in 1513 by Diego Velázquez is a town in the province of Granma in Cuba. The name of Bayamo connects the origin of the name to the presence of Bayam, tree of wisdom. The national anthem of Cuba was written in that city and makes a direct reference to the inhabitants of Bayamo.
The Bayamo people have always been characterized by their love for the city. The city still retains horse-drawn carriages as a reference to colonial traditions. It also has historic sites that make up a strong tourist attraction.

Our Lady of Charity of Copper, or Virgin of Charity of Copper, Charity of the Copper or simply Cachita, is one of the invocations of the Virgin Mary. She is the Patroness of Cuba, this solemn appointment was proclaimed by Pope Benedict XV in 1916. The image is a crowned canon was proclaimed by Pius XI on December 30, 1936. SANTIAGO DE CUBA -BIRAN Fidel's house - Breakfast. Departure for Biran (paid facultative entry) a symbolic and emblematic place in the contemporary history of Cuba, where Fidel Castro Ruz, leader of the Cuban Revolution on August 13, 1926 and June 3, 1931, his brother Raul, now Cuban president, was born. The historic village of Biran, is located in a village lost in the rolling hills and fields of sugar cane of 26 hectares. It consists of 11 colonial structures in good condition typically built in wood, distributed in a relevant way in the environmental context. The site maintains a complex that functions as a museum, which includes Fidel's birthplace, an almost exact replica of the one that caught fire in 1954, along with a small shop, post office, La Paloma bar, hotel, butcher, school where they attended Fidel and Raul and the cock ring. Biran is located in a spectacular agricultural setting bordered to the north by the Guamuta district, south of the province of Santiago de Cuba, to the east with the mountains of Mayari, and to the west, with the municipalities of Marcane and Alto Cedro. The historic village of Biran is located in the current province of Holguin, 750 kilometers east of Havana, has been declared a National Monument for its historical values, the birthplace of Fidel and Raul Castro, historical leaders of the Cuban Revolution.
