Departure from Havana to Guamá, located in the Zapata Peninsula (Matanzas), one of Cuba’s most important natural areas thanks to its biodiversity and protected zones. Optional stops can be added depending on the group’s pace. In the afternoon, continue to Cienfuegos. Arrival, check-in, and free evening.

Places to Visit

  • Guamá (Zapata Peninsula): gateway to wetlands and nature reserves in southern Matanzas.
  • Optional – Recreated Taíno village: stilt-house settlement reconstruction, reached by a short boat ride across the lagoon.
  • Optional – Crocodile farm: visit focused on local species and conservation.
  • Optional – Caleta Buena: time to swim in the Caribbean Sea in calm, clear waters.

Day 2

Breakfast and departure for a panoramic visit of Cienfuegos. Its historic center stands out for urban planning and architecture, with a strong neoclassical presence. In the afternoon, transfer to Trinidad. Arrival, accommodation, and free evening.

  • Trinidad Historic Center: founded in 1514, known for colonial heritage and historical ties to the sugar economy.

Day 4

Departure to Santa Clara, a central Cuban city, for a city tour covering main parks and key historical sites linked to Cuba’s revolutionary period. After the visits, return to Havana and/or continue to the beach in Varadero. Tour ends.
