Departure at 07:00 to Guamá in the Zapata Peninsula (Matanzas), one of Cuba’s most important natural regions for biodiversity (native plants, birds, reptiles, invertebrates) and the endemic Cuban crocodile (Crocodylus rhombifer). Optional stops include a recreated Taíno village (reachable by a short boat ride), a crocodile breeding farm, or swimming in the Caribbean at Caleta Buena. In the afternoon, continue to Cienfuegos and check in.

Optional paid entry to Tomás Terry Theatre and a stop at Palacio del Valle (neo-Gothic style). Afternoon transfer to Trinidad and check-in. Driver and car service ends upon arrival in Trinidad. At 15:00, guided walking tour through Trinidad’s well-preserved colonial streets, with cultural optional visits and free time afterward.

Taxi transfer to Puerto Casilda for a catamaran excursion departing around 09:00 to Cayo Iguana. The taxi to Casilda costs about USD 20 and is not included. Cruise the Caribbean Sea, snorkel stop on the coral barrier reef with equipment included, open bar with national drinks onboard and on the island, beach free time, and a seafood lunch. Return to the marina and taxi back to Trinidad (included by the excursion operator). Free afternoon.

Head to Topes de Collantes and Guanayara Park in open 4x4 military trucks. Stop at a viewpoint overlooking the coast and the city. Then travel onward to Cayo Santa María or Varadero for a seaside stay.
